1. Early Booking: 875 lei (25% discount until December 15, 2024)
2. Intermediate Discount: 995 lei (15% discount until February 28, 2025)
3. Full Price: 1170 lei (after February 28, 2025, subject to availability)

The ticket price includes:
📍 A welcome bag with gifts, discounts, and surprises from partners
📍 Access to the demonstration courses over the 2 days
📍 Buffet lunch each day: appetizers, soups, main courses with sides, salads, desserts, still/sparkling water, and coffee
📍 Festive dinner at the Gala Dinner (March 25, 2025, 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM, formal attire)

Gala Dinner guest fee: 250 lei
If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner with a guest, this is the additional price, including the awards ceremony, music, and dancing.

ATTENTION! Accommodation is not included. However, for convention attendees, we have negotiated special rates at the Bavaria Blu Hotel **** in Mamaia Resort, Constanța, Romania:
Prices start from:
SINGLE room: 180 lei/night (breakfast included)
DOUBLE room: 280 lei/night (breakfast included)

Delivery Policy:
After completing the order and processing payment, you will receive the invoice via email. Presenting this at the registration desk on the event day is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy:
Until January 31, 2025 – 100% refund
Between February 1, 2025 – February 28, 2025 – 50% refund
After March 1, 2025 – participation fee is non-refundable!
