Alina Foti is one of the pioneers of the Romanian balloon industry, with over 20 years of experience in this field.
For her, balloons have never been just a product, but a way to create emotion, experiences and real connections between people.
Over the years, she has built not only decorations, but also a community — people who have grown up with her, learned, experimented and discovered their own style.
Through the courses and projects developed, but also through the platforms created around the FooCA brand, Alina continues to inspire and support balloon artists from across the country.
She is the founder of the YouTube channel “FooCA Balloon Academy by Alina Foti”, where she shares her experience and offers access to techniques, ideas and real perspectives from the industry.
For Alina, each event is more than a project — it is an experience built with passion, attention and the desire to create something memorable.

We started 2019 with emotions, with a lot of work and with the sincere desire to do beautiful things for people.

We grew naturally, step by step, learning from each event and always putting our heart into what we do. Today we create complete event decorations, in which we combine balloons and flowers in concepts that tell a story and remain in the memory of those who experience them.

From dream to reality, from two hands to an entire team, from a small workshop to a universe of event decorations – our story continues, and we are ready for the most beautiful challenges.

Hello! My name is Diana Negulescu, I am a balloon artist in Târgoviște and I am the founder of the Diana Handmade brand.

My story with balloons started from a simple hobby, from the desire to create something beautiful. Over time, this hobby has turned into a passion that inspires and motivates me every day.

I love to create, I love to transform ideas into decorations full of color and emotion and, above all, I love to see the joy in people’s eyes when they discover what I have created for them. For me, each decoration is a story and each balloon is a part of that story.

I like challenges, I love new things and I believe that passion is what always pushes us to evolve and exceed our limits. That is why I want to take this passion to an ever higher level and continue to create moments that bring smiles and emotion.

I’m Bogdan Renilda, from Baloane Decorate, and it all started at my first class at FooCA Baloane.
At first I went to learn, not knowing how much it would take me, but along the way I discovered the passion and desire to create.
Through a lot of practice and constant exercise, I grew step by step, always wanting to create new, more interesting and different things.
The result, I ended up winning the compact bouquet competition, the third edition.
Today, what I do emphasizes balance, structure and visual impact, where creativity goes hand in hand with technique and control.

We are Atti and Gabriela, from Art & Party Balloons in Arad.
Our story begins in 2003 when, inspired by international trainers from England, Italy, Belgium, we started to create our first balloon decorations. During the almost 25 years of activity in balloon decorations, professionalism, rigor and perseverance have guided us.
We approached each project with special attention to aesthetics and quality. From complex organic arches to personalized thematic decorations, we managed to combine creativity with impeccable execution. We learned techniques and closely followed the best in the field by participating in numerous courses and conventions. The year 2007 brought us the certification of balloon artist (CBA) and was also the year we joined the QBN network. After years of work and hundreds of decorations created, in 2025 we obtained the MBP (Master Balloon Professional) certification.
Our activity consists of participating in conventions in the country and abroad, taking courses with trainers from: England, Italy, Belgium, Russia, Hungary, Slovenia, Brazil, Singapore, Canada, Spain, Portugal.
Perhaps the most challenging experience was participating in the balloon exhibition (Balloon Word Adventure) together with other world-class decorators. held in Budapest and Vienna.
We are characterized by discipline, attention to detail and dedication to the final product. Beyond the job, balloon decorations have become a lifestyle for us and we enjoy focusing our energy on innovation in working techniques and best practice methods.
We want to share with love the knowledge accumulated over the years with all those who are willing to learn correct working techniques.
Success goes hand in hand with perseverance and you have to persevere even when you come face to face with failure!
