📍 Access to all demonstration masterclasses over the 2 days
📍 Buffet lunch on both days (November 17–18, 2026):

Gala Dinner Companion Fee: 290 RON (≈ €60)
If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner with a companion, this additional fee includes access to the awards ceremony, music, and dancing.

IMPORTANT!!! Accommodation is not included in the ticket price.
The venue is located in the heart of Mamaia resort, where you will find numerous hotels and apartments available year-round.
During the event period (off-season), finding suitable accommodation is usually very easy.

Delivery Policy
After completing your order and payment, you will receive your invoice by email.
Presenting this invoice at the registration desk on the day of the event is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy
Until August 1, 2026 – 100% refund
Between August 1 – September 1, 2026 – 50% refund
After September 2, 2026 – the participation fee is non-refundable
